Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a proactive management tool designed and developed by Human Resource Professionals and Software Experts to help manage the Hospital’s Human Resources Information effectively and accurately. It is composed of 4 Subsystems such as Personnel Information Management System (PIMS), Payroll System, Performance Evaluation and Appraisal Review System (PEARS) and Online Express Self Service (ESS) seamlessly connected to each other, that complete all the HR related transactions.
HR Information System (HRIS) uses Decking to ensure that all Resident Doctors and Consultants are fully utilized to provide quality Patient Care.
It also uses Rostering to ensure the Nurses and other Hospital Staff with the correct mixed of skills and experience are on duty for every shift.
Decking and Rostering were designed to have an efficient management of schedule for Health Care Professionals. It filters employees based on their Job Classification, Profession and Specialization.
HRIS “Personnel Information Management System” (PIMS) was designed to provide a complete Employee “Demographic” Personal Record for management to appreciate the Employee’s family structure. It also contains the complete History of the Employee during his service in the Agency or Company, including accomplishments during tenure, to provide the basis for performance evaluation for rewards or promotions.
HRIS is compatible with any Time-Capturing devices such as: Biometric, Card, Face Recognition and any other type and the Attendance data is imported into the DTR.
The system has a unique pre-processed “Attendance Code” that classifies the attendance requirements of Employees for fast Time & Attendance Processing.
The DTR data is color-coded to reflect the status of the daily entry.
In multiple Shift Schedules, the system’s DTR recognizes each Employee’s Approved Shift Schedule and the corresponding time that represents either “Overtime” or “Under Time”, “AWOP” and “AWOL”.
Payroll System manages the automated computation of employees’ income and processing of all mandated contributions based on the Employees’ Record in a payroll cycle.
Manages the computation of income and mandatory deductions, and posting of loans, including gross pay and net pay.
It is fully integrated with Employee 201 Files, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Management.
HRIS provides effective monitoring of Employees Performance Appraisal and automation of Performance and Competency Analysis Reports.
The Criteria Build Up of Competency maintains the different criterion for different positions.
All the elements for evaluation of a Personnel’s Performance are preprogrammed for an automated Performance Evaluation.
The client can build as many criterions as required by their operations.
All the HRIS Systems provide for the archiving & validation of Employee’s documents into the Employee’s Record. For large organizations, HRIS has a Document Management System (DMS) integrated into it seamlessly.
HRIS has Online Express Self Service (ESS) manages HR transactions On-Line for Employee’s convenience and for fast transaction processing.
Requests can made for: Leave, Change in Shift Schedule, Overtime, Change of Personal Data, viewing of Pay slip, Loan Balances, Leave Credits and others.
The Supervisor’s approval/ disapproval will be made On-Line as well.
