Housekeeping Management System handles the day-to-day cleaning schedule, maintenance, waste management, pest control, infection control that helps reduce the spread of illnesses, germs and viruses to maintain a safe environment for patients and hospital staff.

Housekeeping Management System manages other Hospital facilities as well as the aesthetic upkeep of Reservable Rooms & other Departments.

The system is designed to work on different devices for easy viewing of assigned work orders to the Housekeeping Staff using their mobile phones anywhere in the hospital.


Cleaning, Sanitizing and Disinfecting of Facilities

Cleaning is the process of removing unwanted substances, such as dirt, infectious agents, and other impurities, from an object or environment. Cleaning occurs in many different contexts, and uses many different methods. Several occupations are devoted to cleaning.

Sanitizing lowers the number of germs on surfaces or objects—either by killing them or removing them—to a safe level, according to public health standards or requirements.

Disinfecting uses chemicals (disinfectants) to kill germs on surfaces and objects. Some common disinfectants are bleach and alcohol solutions. You usually need to leave the disinfectant on the surfaces and objects for a certain period of time to kill the germs. Disinfecting does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces or remove germs.

Faster Generation of Work Orders & Effortless handling of Facilities

Housekeeping has a File Maintenance that is encoded ahead of time for faster & easier generation of Work Orders.

Facilities, Work Titles, Procedures, Resources, Equipment, Agents & Chemical, & Uniforms will be pre-encoded for the staffs to easily follow the standard procedures per Service (Cleaning, Sanitizing, & Disinfecting) & per Facility.

Real Time Status Update

Housekeeping Work Order status is being triggered by the Staff using their Mobile Application. All status updates will be monitored and tracked automatically by the Housekeeping System & Notify users if a work order is complete, incomplete or overdue.

Mobile Application for Staff

The importance of the Mobile Application is to allow the staff to view their Work Orders for the day.  It also has a real-time notification for On Demand & Scheduled Work Orders including the procedures, equipment & types of service to be used for the specific Work Order.

It also has Accomplishments, for Staff to report after they have finished the Work Order for monitoring. Staffs also trigger the Status of the Work Order he/she handles.

Real-Time Location Monitoring of Staff using IPS (OPTIONAL)

An Indoor Positioning System (IPS) is a network of devices used to locate people or objects where GPS and other satellite technologies lack precision or fail entirely, such as inside multistory buildings, airports, alleys, parking garages, and underground locations.

Housekeeping IPS is designed specifically to the interior of the facility to track Housekeeping Staffs location in real-time. IPS can also be used for Staffs for proof of attendance using android devices for safety and security during duty hours.
