Ambulance SeRVIS is an automated system that manages the Patient Request for Ambulance and Dispatching of Ambulances. It is connected to Hospital’s Billing and Collection to help enhance the Revenue generation of the Hospital.

Ambulance SeRVIS uses FleetGPS for real-time monitoring of Hospital’s Dispatched Ambulances.

Ambulance SeRVIS is an emergency service that provides urgent pre-hospital treatment and stabilization for serious illnesses and injuries and transport to Hospitals. It also provides more customers for Hospitals’ ambulances to increase revenues.


24/7 Ambulance Operation

Ambulance SeRVIS can accept ambulance orders anytime by calling the Ambulance Hotline Number or by using the Ambulance SeRVIS Mobile App to order an ambulance for both emergency and scheduled.

Real-Time Ambulance Location Monitoring using GeoGPS

Every second counts in a medical emergency, so it is important for ambulances to reach destinations as quickly as possible.

GeoGPS is designed to track an ambulance location in real-time, sends direction to faster & shorter routes in traffic conditions, and includes Anti-theft feature that monitors unusual movement/activity of ambulances.

GeoGPS can be used to monitor employees’ location in a project site using android device for proof of attendance; for their safety and security during life threatening situations.

Real-Time Notification System

Ambulance SeRVIS has a real time notification system for New Ambulance Orders coming into the system by automatically refreshing the tables without human intervention. This will help the agents to quickly respond to new ambulance orders.

It also has a real-time monitoring of the Ticket Status triggered by the Ambulance Driver using the SeRVIS Driver Mobile App by automatically refreshing the table and displaying real-time Ticket Status, Track Patient Delivery (TPD) date and time.

Effortless Ambulance Ordering using SeRVIS Mobile App

Ambulance SeRVIS Mobile App (Android or IOS) allows the Patients to quickly order an ambulance for both Emergency and Scheduled.  It has a real-time notification of the dispatched ambulance’s status, estimated travel time and current location.

Cashless Payment using KonekPAY

Ambulance SeRVIS uses KonekPAY which is an Online Billing that can accept different Payment Methods for secure and faster transactions.

Allows EMT and Medical Director to communicate during Patient Transport using WhizardEMT mobile app

WhizardEMT mobile app is designed for use in the field by Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) in the Ambulance team.

  1. Pre-Hospital Assessment (PHA)
  2. Simple Triage and Rapid Treatment (S.T.A.R.T.) for “Mass Casualty Incidents” (MCI).

The app allows the EMT to communicate with their Medical Director directly or through the Emergency Operations Center with voice recording and archiving. The app provides Fast Assessment or emergency Victims/Patients in the field to enable Hospital Emergency (ER) staff to prepare, in advance, all the necessary medical equipment and care & treatment for the Victims/ Patients. This will save lives in the process.

The WhizardEMT contains all the necessary standard medical requirements for Patient’s assessment. There are two (2) standard “Run Report” formats available and can be configured to any Hospital’s medical record requirement.

The WhizardEMT will work in conjunction with the Hospital’s Emergency Room (ER) operations.

The WhizardEMT “Run Report” including the List of Incoming Emergency Patients will be transmitted to the Triage Nurse’s Workstation through the Internet or “Bluetooth” upon arrival of the Ambulance at the ER.

Fleet Management System for Ambulance

Fleet Management System or FleetMS is a Web Application dedicated for all the Ambulance Service Providers like Hospitals. It manages the Ambulance REQUESTS and the DISPATCHING of Ambulances. FleetMS can accept Ambulance Requests from the Ambulance SeRVIS Operations Center or even from their own Clients.

FleetMS has an added feature which includes CarnivalHR for Hospitals to manage their staff using FleetGPS for real-time monitoring of Hospital’s Dispatched Ambulances.
